A Computational Scientist position is available immediately to join this exciting and growing company, which makes next-generation cancer sequencing assays widely available to patients across the globe. We develop and distribute state-of-the-art molecular tools and cloud-based end-to-end bioinformatics and clinical reporting solutions to inform patients and their oncologists of optimal treatment strategies for their cancer. The Computational Scientist will work with the Company’s image analysis research and development group and program, including development and implementation of state of the art image analysis methods to segment, classify and interpret clinical imaging data. The Computational Scientist will optimize image analysis methods, implement scalable solutions and work with the genomics team to create an integrated data analysis and machine learning/AI environment for multi-modal data.

Required Credentials

– PhD in a relevant field (computer science, statistics, machine learning, AI, bioinformatics, computational biology).
– Strong publication record.
– Experience working in image analysis.
– Experience in advanced level image segmentation and classification.
– Must be eligible to work in Canada.
