TITLE: Cancer Genomics at Scale to Improve Population Health: A Sonic Laboratories and Contextual Genomics Collaborative Approach
Contextual Genomics will be hosting a corporate workshop at AMP to discuss results of successful oncology population testing done in different healthcare environments. Dr. Cristina Vargas will present results such as indications, successful report-rate per cancer type, turn-around-time, and multiple mutations analysis based on FFPE tumor tissue-based testing programs of ~5,000 patients by Sonic Genetics in Australia. Additionally, Dr. Anna Lapuk from Contextual Genomics will discuss early results from longitudinal blood liquid biopsy-based testing programs in Canada.
